Refund policy

CANCEL OR CHANGE ORDER: You can contact me to cancel or change your order within 24 hours of ordering. 

RETURNS: If for some reason you are not happy with your ordered items you must return them in the same condition you received them, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

Please email us at hello@violetandpearl.com.au for a refund/exchange within 7 days of purchase.

Faulty items 
Please inspect your order upon receiving and if for any reason you received a faulty or wrong item please contact us immediately, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items.  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
